Our Group classes are designed to be safe, fun and supportive with a competitive edge for those interested in taking it to the next level. You will row, run, jump and push yourself to new heights in strength, conditioning and mobility. We utilize body weight movements, aerobic conditioning, Olympic lifting and gymnastics movements among other disciplines to give you the best workout possible. Classes are scalable for all ages and skill/fitness levels.

DwalaFit 199

DwalaFit is our very own take on a better bootcamp class. This program is designed to shed body fat, trim waistlines and tone up your muscles. Classes use functional movements, cardio, corework, light kettlebell and barbells guaranteed to give you a great sweat. Each class is one hour long and will keep your heart rate moving from start to finish.

Dwala Endurance

$30 - Billed Monthly until cancelled

The Dwala Endurance Program offers three weekly running sessions designed to help you become a better runner- moving faster and more efficiently for longer time periods. This is a great program for both current Dwala Members as well as Non Dwala members as the programming can be done anywhere! The three weekly sessions will contain a VO2 Max Session (think sprint work!), a long distance run for endurance, and a lactate threshold (longer intervals with shorter rest periods). This program will include Beginner/Intermediate and Advanced options so no matter your current level of fitness you can still get a great workout in! 

Along with this new program, we will be meeting once a week on Saturdays at 9am to do one of the running sessions with Coach Corynne. When programming is released, it will be noted which workout will be done on Saturdays at 9am so you can plan your runs accordingly.

Saturday 9am Class attendance is not required for membership, just an added bonus!

 Lions Youth Program is a program to provide strength and conditioning to children while meeting their developmental needs physically, neurologically and cognitively as well. Classes will be fun, interactive and informative for all kids in attendance! Lions will focus on movement efficiency with a light barbell or PVC to help produce proper movement and set them up for success after they graduate from the kids program and into the adult CrossFit classes! First class is always free so please come by and let your kids try out a class

On Ramp

REQUIRED for anyone new to CrossFit!

We start each new member off with Five On Ramp (Fundamental) classes, which will introduce and familiarize you with the fundamental movements of CrossFit. You will meet in a one on one training session with one of our experienced coaches. The five sessions can be scheduled around times that are convenient for you and fit into your schedule unlike our group sessions. After the five introductory sessions you will then have two weeks of unlimited membership to try out as many of our regularly scheduled group classes as you would like.
